On September 30, 2025, the Director General of the Diplomatic Academy of Mauritania, H.E. Taleb Khyar Abdi Salem Ebaby, together with the Ambassador of the Republic of India to Mauritania, H.E. Naresh Kumar, planted a tree in the garden of the Academy as a symbol of friendship and cooperation between the Academy and the Foreign Service Institute of the Ministry of External Affairs of India.

The Mauritanian Diplomatic Academy hosted, from Sunday, 31 August to Friday, 05 September 2025, a high-level delegation from the Republic of The Gambia, led by H.E. Ms. Fatou Kinneh Jobe, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Gambians Abroad.
The program of the visit offered an overview of Mauritania’s experience in the field of diplomatic training and provided an opportunity to explore avenues for cooperation and the exchange of best practices.

Beijing, July 2025 – H.E  Mr. Taleb Khyar Abdi Salem Ebaby, Director General of the  Diplomatic Academy, concluded a working visit to the People’s Republic of China, during which he held important meetings focused on enhancing academic and diplomatic cooperation.
During the visit, H.E held a productive meeting with H.E Ms. Xie Yue, Vice President of the Diplomatic Academy of China, during which the two sides exchanged views on prospects for cooperation between the two institutions and explored ways to develop training programs and exchange expertise in the field of diplomatic training.
The Director General also met with several heads and representatives of African diplomatic academies and research centers, where opportunities for cooperation and exchange in areas of mutual interest were discussed.
